FormHaven

Make your contact form work. Keep the data in the EU.

Static and AI-built sites have no server to send a form to. Point the form at FormHaven: every message is stored in the EU, filtered for spam and lands in your inbox, with a data processing agreement on every plan.

Live in one line of HTML

  1. 1. Create a form. You get its own address in your dashboard.
  2. 2. Paste it into your form's action. Plain HTML, or a fetch call from JavaScript that gets JSON back.
  3. 3. Get every message by email. Press Reply and you answer the visitor directly. Every submission is also in your dashboard.
<form action="https://formhaven.net/f/your-form-id" method="POST">
  <input type="email" name="email" required>
  <textarea name="message" required></textarea>
  <button type="submit">Send</button>
</form>

Stored in the EU

Submissions live on servers in the EU. You choose how many days we keep them, and older ones are deleted every night.

A DPA your clients can sign off on

Every plan includes our data processing agreement and a public subprocessor list.

Spam stays out of your inbox

A hidden trap field catches bots and a rate limit stops floods. Caught spam waits in a separate list in case something real slipped in.

One account for all your client sites

Agencies put every client's form under one login. Plans start at €6 a month; the Agency plan covers 25 forms for €19 a month.

Questions

Does it work with my site builder?
If your site can send an HTML form or a fetch request, it works: plain HTML, static site generators and AI-built sites alike. No plugin, no server code.
Can an AI agent set it up for me?
Yes. Create an API key and connect the FormHaven MCP server to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client: the agent creates the form, puts the endpoint in your site's HTML and reads the submissions. There is a plain REST API too; the details are in llms.txt.
What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan and nothing changes for your visitors. Without a plan, your forms pause and visitors see a short message saying the form is paused, so nobody thinks their message arrived when it did not.
What if I go over my monthly submissions?
New messages are still saved in your dashboard. Emails resume when you upgrade or on the 1st of the month.
